[1930 – 2007] B.A. (University of Tampa); M.Div. (Columbia Theological Seminary); M.A. (Chicago Graduate School of Theology); Ph.D in religious education (New York University). Kennedy founded Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church in 1960 and remained the senior pastor until his death in 2007.
