Frederick Balz

B.A. Dana College (1974); M.Div. Wartburg Theological Seminary (1978); S.T.M. Wartburg Theological Seminary (1980); D.Min. University of Dubuque Theological Seminary (1992). As of 2014, Dr. Baltz was the Pastor of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Illinois and a professor at the Institute of Lutheran Theology.
