“The Fall” refers to the account in Genesis 3:1-19 in which Adam and Eve disobeyed God’s command not to eat of the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. Adam and Eve’s sin in rebelling against God, choosing to live independently of God and His will, resulted in mankind’s spiritual death and separation from God.
